　スーパーに並んでいる食材。

　それらを買って食べてもいいが、
　実際に収穫してみるのも楽しい。

　これってこんな風になっているんだ。
　採る時はここに気をつけなければいけないんだ。
　採ってすぐ食べるのは、
　こんなにおいしいんだ！

　そんな事に気がつけるって
　とっても贅沢。

　売っている場ではなく、
　なっている場にいこう。

　それを知ることが
　自分の命を作ることに気がつけるかもしれない。

質問の答え

どんな風にとれるかは、わかるものとわからないものがあります。

でも、ひとつひとつが生きていたことに変わりはないので、必ず「ありがとう」と感謝して食べています♪

そうすると、さらに食べ物がおいしく感じます。
そして大切にしようと思います。

すると、当たり前の食べることがとってもありがたく感じられます。

今年はミニトマトを育てています。赤と黄色。
色がついたのだけで隣を落とさず、
ヘタごときれいに節の所で折るのは結構むずかしい。
小学生の姪っ子の方が年季が入っていて、
きゅうりもトマトも、クリっとひねって、ハサミなしで上手に採ってくるらしい。
トゲもよけてるのがすごい。
採りたては、みずみずしくて、本当に美味しいです。

釣をしています。
昔はリールやカーボンの竿などなく、手釣がほとんどだったんでしょうね。
魚と漁師とのかけひきだったんでしょう。
生きていく為だけの魚を釣って生計を立てていたと思います。
それが今では大規模な漁で魚たちを一網打尽。
まだ小さいからリリースなんて事はありません。
それはそれで、昔と比べて人間の数が圧倒的に違いますから、仕方ない面もあります。

以前に菜園を借り野菜を作っていたことがあります。
また、釣りは趣味で今も続けています。
普段食べている物の代表でしょう。

感心するのは、プロとアマチアの違いです。
プロは常に一定した量と一定した品質の物を我々に
低いコストで提供されます。
アマは、そんなことおかまいなしです。
そんなプロの人たちの高い生産性と労働力の高さに
のおかげで我々の生活が支えられています。
感謝、感謝です。

以前中国の山東省の農園へ行った時のお話。

私が日本人だと知った農民たちから質問の山。

何故日本では
「まっすぐでイガの少ないキュウリしか売れないのか？」
「葉物に１匹でも虫が居ると売れないのか？」
「高級な農薬を使用し無ければ売れないのか？」
「どうして薬品を使って強制的に熟させたり色を付けなければ売れないのか？」

全く赤面の至り！日本の商社やスーパーが馬鹿げた要求を出して中国の農業を変革したことを知る日本人は少ない。

家の廻りは畑でいっぱいです。
特にみかん！
いつも旬のものを頂いています。
ご近所のみなさんが一年かけて
丹精こめて作っておられるのをみながら
毎日過ごしています。
野菜も同じ。
大変きれいな野菜です。
野菜、果物何でも一緒ですが
「人柄」が現れると思います。
作品です。
自然と人間の共同作品を
毎日いただいている、と思います。
